Returns & Guarantee

Wrong Product

If we make a mistake on the item(s) we have shipped to you, we will incur all shipping costs relating to the error including making arrangements to have the part (s) shipped back to us and sending the correct part back to you. You must notify us of the error within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

 

All Other Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. You can return any NEW UNUSED product in the manufacturer’s original packaging for a refund or exchange within 10 calendar days from date you have received the part(s).

 

If you are returning an item because you ordered the wrong item, changed your mind or for any other reason other than defects please fill out  the RMR (Return Merchandise Request) and wait to recieve your authorization number along with directives.

 

New and unused items must be returned in their original packaging. Items packaged in skin packs are not returnable if opened unless defective. A copy of the authorization return number  must be included inside of the box  and not on the box itself. No returns on electrical items unless approved by distributor or manufacturer in advance.

 

Products that have been installed cannot be returned. 

 

Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed cannot be returned.

 

 

Exchanges 


You want to exchange a part? Please place a new order for the item wanted. The item(s) that you send back after recieving your Return Authorization Number and directives will be processed and refunded on the original method of payment.

 

 

Refunds
 

Please allow at least 3 to 5 business days after a credit has been issued for the credited amount  to show on your account.  We will send you a refund or void charge confirmation.

 

Defective parts returned to Dream Cycles Ltd. will either be repaired, replaced or credited as per the manufacturer's discretion. Issuance of a Return Authorization Number does not necessarily imply that your claim will be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse and return the articles considered unwarrantable.

 

 

All returns are subject to actual shipping costs being deducted from refunds unless we made the error. Additionally,  RMA's issued after the 10 calendar day period will have  a 10% restocking fee applied to cover costs levied by suppliers.

 

 

No returns will accepted after 21 days from receiving your order.
