Designed from a clean sheet, this new neck cover is a smooth, quickly installed addition to any H-D Touring Model. The right side cover has been enlarged enough to accommodate the in-line cruise control pull-off switch found on the idle cable of all â02-'05 models. This Deluxe kit includes two snap on down-tube covers to add coverage almost all the way to the foot board mounts. Easy to install and great looking, this is a truly first class part!
