Details: This neck cover really dress up the exposed frame section of Harley's touring rigs. The wiring harness, throttle cables and several large nasty welds are replaced by a beautiful stylized chrome accent. Mounting hardware is included to accommodate the different tank mounts used on these models. Wiring modifications are required on models using plug-in style ignitions modules that mount on the frame's neck!
